Refund policy
We hope you love your Kinder Rave order. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know about cancellations, returns and refunds.
14-Day Cancellation Right
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement, for example by email or post:

You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but you are not required to do so.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.
Returns
If you cancel your purchase, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to cancel.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please contact us at hello@kinder-rave.org before sending a return so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you for the cancelled purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional cost above our standard delivery option.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@kinder-rave.org as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.
Your statutory rights in relation to defective or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by this policy.
Exceptions to the Cancellation Right
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to certain products where an exception provided by law applies, including goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised for the customer.
Where an exception applies to a particular product, we will make this clear where required before purchase.
