The kinder Rave Manifesto

Becoming a parent should not mean disappearing.

Not from music. Not from culture. Not from yourself.

The Kinder Rave exists because parents deserve more than standing on the sidelines. We create spaces where electronic music, community, and family life meet without apology.

We believe parents are still people. People with taste, rhythm, memories, desires, friendships, and a life that does not end when children arrive. Parenthood changes everything, but it should not erase who you are.

We believe children deserve more too. More than noise, distraction, and generic entertainment. Kids deserve beauty, atmosphere, great music, and the chance to grow up around culture, joy, and human connection.

The Kinder Rave is not techno “for kids”. It is not a novelty act. It is not a diluted version of nightlife. It is electronic music culture built for families: a space where children are welcome and parents are at the center.

Most family spaces are made for children. Most electronic music spaces are made for adults.

The Kinder Rave reverses that logic. We create events where parents can feel alive, present, inspired, and free… and where our children are actively included.

We believe that the best dance floors are intergenerational. That the euphoria of electronic music can be shared with the whole family. That parents and children can make memories together in spaces that feel warm, creative, safe, and full of life.

We stand for belonging. For the families who feel isolated. For the parents who miss the version of themselves that used to go out, dance, play records, make art, stay curious, and connect through music. For those who want community, not just childcare and routine. For those who want to feel seen.

We stand for artistic expression. The Kinder Rave is not only a party. It is a platform for creative parents, parent DJs, performers, and collaborators to keep contributing, growing, and being part of culture. We believe that parenthood is not the end of one's ambition and creativity, but the beginning of a beautiful new chapter.

We honor the deepest values of electronic music: freedom, self-expression, community, equality, escape, and the right to be yourself among others who understand. We know these spaces were built by people who created belonging where the world gave them none. We carry that spirit forward with respect.

We are quietly rebelling against the idea that once you become a parent, the fun is over. Against the idea that electronic music must belong only to the night, only to excess, only to one stage of life. Against the pressure to become smaller, more acceptable, less yourself.

We believe families deserve spaces that are welcoming without being boring, safe without being stiff, and inclusive without losing their edge. We believe culture and care can exist together.
